Other Shipping Options Within Australia
- Flat rate standard shipping is available for orders under 5kg for $14.95
- A variety of live quoted courier prices will also show at checkout according to your delivery address and order size and weight and delivery speed you want.
Bulky, Heavy or Dangerous Goods Exclusion
- Some of the items we stock are bulky, heavy, or are classed as dangerous goods. The prices of sending these items vary wildly. If your order includes any of these, the free shipping rate won't show at checkout. Instead, you will have a choice of the flat rate or live quoted express options.
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
- We send our gear to anywhere in the world, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- We cannot send most gas products via air so please don't add them, you will likely see a crazy shipping quote price if you do.
- Duties & Taxes may be payable on arrival in your country, we cannot give you a quote for these prior to the package arriving at the destination country.
Handling Times
- We strive to pack and dispatch all orders from our Wollongong NSW warehouse within 24 hours. Unforeseen events can occasionally cause delays, but we do our best to get yoour order out the door asap.
- Please note that couriers don't collect orders from us on weekends. If you place an order after midday on Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday.
- Once a package leaves our warehouse we are no longer in control of the delivery time. Please keep this in mind when contacting us if a package is delayed.

Tap and Spear Sizes
The heights listed below are from the mouth of the keg to highest point of the lid / tap when it is attached to the keg. To get the total height / depth (if it's lying down) add them to the height of your chosen keg above.
- You can remove the spout and regulator of the iKegger 2.0 at any point for even more compact storage.
- With a ball lock spear you can also remove the liquid and gas connections at any time.

Our small, passionate team is available to chat almost constantly due to having shops in both Australia and Germany. We will respond as soon as humanly possible. As a small team we are often packing orders, unloading trucks or dealing with customers so it may not be an instant reply, if you aren't online we will respond via email.

Returns & Warranty
Warranty: We sell gear that is virtually unbreakable. iKegger mini kegs and the 2.0 Tap have a 5 year warranty (excluding consumable items like o-rings and seals). The 2.0 Mini Regulator and all other items we sell have 1 year warranty.
- The 2.0 Mini Regulator isn't covered by warranty if the needle on the gauge has moved off zero and is stuck. This is a clear sign that the regulator wasn't turned off when it was connected or disconnected from a gas source or pressurised keg. This is warned about many times in the instruction manual as both damaging and dangerous. A replacement gauge can be purchased here that will fix it most of the time.
Returns: You can change your mind and return unused gear for 30 days.
Change of Mind: We offer a full refund within 30 days for unused, undamaged items in sale-ready condition. While you cover return shipping, we don't charge a restocking fee like some other companies.
Missing Items: If something is missing when you open your order please take a photo of everything you received then jump on chat on our website and send it to us. This lets us check it isn't already assembled and that nothing else is missing before we send out the part.
Warranty Claims: As above, it makes it a lot easier to troubleshoot and fix your issue if we have a photo of the problem. Please take one, jump on chat and send it to us. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
Unable to Share A Picture? No problem, but please refer to your instruction manual for the part names that have an issue then jump on chat to talk to us. It's a lot easier if we aren't trying to troubleshoot "the twisty bit near the other metal part"
